    • Consultant – Reputation Management
      • Location: Sao Paulo
      • Format: Hybrid

      MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

      Act or lead projects of:

      • Reputation diagnostics and indicators  
      • Reputation management, reputational risk and threat management, and image and reputation crisis management  
      • Relationship with the press and influencers  
      • Spokesperson and leader training for multistakeholder communication

      Management of people and multidisciplinary teams, directly or through third parties.

      Project management.

      ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

      • Degree in Journalism and/or Public Relations
      • Minimum of 15 years of experience in PR, corporate communications and/or institutional relations, having been a decision-maker and project leader
      • Experience in managing multi-sector image and reputation crises of varying complexity
      • Experience with producing strategic content (positioning, communications, reports, among others)
      • Experience with people management
      • Fluent English

      DIFFERENTIATING REQUIREMENTS

      • Experience in consulting firms and/or agencies, serving medium and large corporate clients
      • Training or knowledge acquired in the financial market and in serving publicly traded and/or multinational companies
      • Experience in professional media outlets (political, economic and business sections)
      • Postgraduate and complementary refresher courses in areas related to communication or business management

      • Ability to navigate business/corporate environments (C-Level)
      • Be “hands on”, act with autonomy, organization and discipline

      ACTION MODEL

      • 3 days in person and 2 days working from home, subject to change according to the company's and clients' needs.
      • Availability to travel
      • Standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm, with flexibility available whenever necessary and as previously agreed.
