A IE Business School won, for the second consecutive year, first place in the Financial Times' ranking of online MBAs. Among the factors that contributed to the Madrid school maintaining its position are the high proportion of international students, the variety of areas in which they managed to find themselves in the job market and the international mobility of former students.
Secondly, was the Imperial College Business School, obtaining leadership in terms of career progression based on the time since graduation of former students and the size of the organization in which they are currently working compared to three years ago. According to the research, among all MBAs, alumni of the London school currently earn the highest average salary, at US$ 218,315 thousand. To give you an idea, first-place alumni receive, on average, US$ 205,088 thousand.
In third place in 2024 was Warwick Business School, from London, and, in fourth, the North American Marshall School (University of Southern California), with the second highest average salary for alumni at US$ 209,900. This year had a newcomer, Birmingham Business School, in ninth place.

The ranking is in its 11th edition. The top 10 list was compiled from a total of 25 participating schools, which have to meet strict criteria. The data is collected in an online survey carried out with institutions and former students who completed online courses in 2020. Participation is voluntary.
