Our team

ANK Reputation counts on a team of consultants and experts recognized in their specific fields and having multidisciplinary experience. We also rely on several professionals who occasionally join the team in order to respond to the unique needs of a project.

Director and Founder

Anik Suzuki

Anik Suzuki, the founder of ANK Reputation, has over 15 years of experience in corporate reputation management, image risk assessment and management, crisis management, leadership preparation, and corporate communication, besides being an expert in communication strategies for succession planning, organizational culture, and brand positioning.

In ANK, she has developed a methodology for reputation assessment and management aligned with the business objectives in times of growth or complex changes.

Prior to setting up ANK, she was the Vice-President of Marketing and Corporate Communication in Grupo RBS, where she was took part in the Executive Board and the Editorial Committee. She also worked as an editor and economics reporter. Ms Suzuki took a bachelor’s degree in Journalism at Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUCRS), an MBA at Fundação Dom Cabral, and a post-MBA at Kellogg School of Management (USA).

Renata is in charge of organizational or leader’s reputation diagnoses, image risk and crisis management, and leaders and spokespersons training. She is also responsible for ANK’s business area, including the relationship with clients and the market.

Over the course of her career, she has focused on management areas and has worked for companies such as Unimed, Construtora Sultepa, and Scalzilli Althaus Advogados, where she was especially involved with relationship projects with both the internal and external public and targeted expansions and new business opportunities. Renata was also involved in the implementation of strategic management and human resources projects.

Renata Rohde pursued a Law degree at Univates (Lajeado), took courses in the University Exchange Program at Instituto Politécnico de Leiria in Portugal, and went on to take an MBA in Business Management at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).

Jéssica is the project leader responsible for organizational or leader’s reputation, corporate communication, organizational culture, and leaders and spokespersons training. She is also in charge of ANK department of project management, focusing on the development of persons and processes and on quality control.

Over the last 10 years, she has become an expert in corporate communication and institutional relationships, public relations for leaders, online and offline brand management, communication for organizational culture, and stakeholders engagement. Experienced in the advertising market, Jéssica worked in trade associations and in the Corporative Communication Department of Grupo RBS.

Jéssica Paiva earned her degree in Advertising from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and a specialization in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral.

Magali is head of the area responsible for organizational or leader’s reputation diagnoses, besides reputation management and corporative communication projects focused on organizational culture, institutional strategies, and stakeholders engagement.

Developing her career in both Brazil and Spain, Magali has led projects of corporate communication management, brand positioning, and online/offline strategies for Gerdau. She has also worked for governmental agencies, such as the Consulate of Mexico and the Catalonian initiative Agència per la Competitivitat de l’Empresa (ACCIO 10).

Magali Vargas has a degree in Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes (RJ) and a master’s degree in Commerce and International Relations from Universitat de Barcelona (Spain).

At ANK, Lucia is a project leader in charge of a portfolio of clients in the areas of organizational or leader’s reputation management diagnoses and leaders and spokespersons training, besides developing and implementing projects on corporate social responsibility and private social investment.

She was an Economics writer in Zero Hora newspaper for 17 years (Grupo RBS), where she was also the internal communications manager and the CEO’s office institutional assistant, having contributed to projects of organizational culture change and succession. Still in Grupo RBS, Lucia was involved in the Third Sector while working as the main executive in Fundação Maurício Sirotsky Sobrinho (FMSS) and representing the company in GIFE, an association of Brazilian social investors.

Lucia Ritzel earned a BA in Journalism from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM) and got an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).

Altair is involved with projects related to risk and crisis management, public relations, press offices, institutional stakeholders, corporate communication and spokesperson training.

Along his career, he was a reporter, editor, and editor-in-chief of Zero Hora newspaper from 2007 to 2012 and an editor in Press (2016) and VOTO (2017) magazines. Altair has also lectured as visiting professor in the IICS (Instituto Internacional de Ciências Sociais) Advanced Program on Digital Journalism as well as given courses in Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM). He created the site revistabeerart.com and authored two books on award-winning Brazilian beers published in 2015 and 2018.

Altair Nobre earned his journalist’s degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUCRS) and his master’s in Journalism for Editors from Instituto Internacional de Ciências Sociais (IICS).

Clarissa works with organizational or leader’s reputation diagnoses as well as with projects related to reputation management, image risk and crisis, public relations, corporate communication, and spokespersons training.

She was previously the press office executive supervisor in TV Globo, where she developed communication strategies for products, worked with crisis management, and gave support to the broadcaster’s executives. Prior to that, Clarissa was an editor, reporter, and public relations officer, besides taking part in corporate communication projects in Grupo RBS.

Clarissa Ciarelli earned a degree in Journalism from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUCRS), and took non-credit courses in branding and leadership.

Along her career, she was as a reporter and an editor in important brazilian mass media vehicles, as Folha de S.Paulo, TV Cultura, Veja e IstoÉ. She also has been a CEO’s public relation in Bovespa (Brazilian Stock Exchange or B3 now), besides developing and implementing corporate communication projects on several business.

Adriana has experience in crisis management and strategy of engagement marketing projects. She is a Journalist and got a MBA in Macroeconomics and Capital Markets (FIA-USP) and certified in PMDPro.

In her career, she was part of the corporate communication team in Gerdau, and worked for some time in a communication agency, where she was in charge of assisting customers of various industries and coordinated the center of contents production. She has also had experience as a reporter in a printed newspaper, covering politics, economics, education, and culture.

Patrícia Oliveira graduated as a journalist at Unisinos/RS and earned a master’s degree from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM).

She previously worked in graphic design firms and in Zero Hora newspaper (Grupo RBS), having contributed to the revitalization of its graphic design, among other challenges.

Laura Rinaldi has a BA degree with a major in Visual Design and a minor in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM), a post-graduation degree in Business Studies from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and a specialization in Graphic Design from the Florence Institute of Design International (Italy).
